Basic  -  The customer will reach out to NuageSync by raising a support ticket. NuageSync will provide a single POC for the customer to ensure personalized support and who retains an understanding of the system.

Premium  -  NuageSync will monitor the integration, fix any issues or inform the customer if there is something they need to look at on a daily basis
