NuageSync LLP (“NuageSync,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of data entrusted to us by our customers, partners, and subcontractors. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information when acting as a subcontractor for integration, development, or related services.

This policy applies to all personal, business, and system data processed by NuageSync when performing subcontracted services for Celigo or other partners.

When acting as a subcontractor, NuageSync may process the following types of data:

• Integration configuration data and mapping rules
   

• System and operational logs for troubleshooting and support purposes

• Delivering contracted integration and development services
   

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
   

• Performing testing and quality assurance
   

• Meeting contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations
   

 
4. Data Storage & Retention

• Data is stored securely in Google Drive.
   

• We retain data only for as long as required to fulfill the project scope or comply with legal requirements.
   

• Temporary datasets used for development or testing are deleted upon project completion or resolution of an issue.
   

 
5. Data Security
NuageSync implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including:

• Multi-factor authentication for all internal systems
   

• Role-based access control with least-privilege principles
   

• Annual security awareness training for all employees

• Passwords are stored in LastPass

 
6. Data Sharing

• Data is only shared with authorized NuageSync personnel assigned to the project.
   

• No third-party sharing occurs unless explicitly approved in writing by the customer or partner.
   

• All subcontractors and third parties engaged by NuageSync are bound by equivalent data protection obligations.
  
   

7. Employee Screening
All NuageSync employees undergo background checks, identity verification, and confidentiality agreements before being granted system or data access.
 
8. Compliance
NuageSync complies with:

• Applicable United States privacy laws (including CCPA)
   

• GDPR principles where applicable
   

• Partner-specific data privacy requirements as per subcontractor agreements
   

 
9. Your Rights
Where applicable under law, customers or partners may request:

• Access to the data we hold on their behalf
   

• Correction of inaccuracies
   

• Deletion of retained datasets (where legally permissible)
