Situation: A Fragmented Integration Landscape

  • EHPlabs, a global supplement brand, was managing more than 40 disconnected endpoints, including Xero, multiple Shopify stores, Amazon, PayPal, Klarna, regional 3PLs, and more—each operating in silos and demanding manual maintenance across regions

  • With rapid scaling underway, the company faced a stark choice: hire more operational staff or invest in a tech-based integration solution.

Solution: Layering Celigo atop NetSuite with NuageSync

  • EHPlabs chose NetSuite as their ERP backbone, but needed an integration layer to connect all upstream systems—this is where Celigo came in.

  • Celigo provided a scalable iPaaS layer that could elegantly orchestrate data flow from multiple sources into NetSuite and back again.

  • Despite exceeding Celigo’s recommended maximum (42 endpoints vs. suggested five), the platform performed robustly.

  • Celigo’s user-friendly interface enabled non-developers ("semi-techie folks") to self-monitor and resolve errors, reducing reliance on engineering.

  • Celigo’s built-in error-handling and dashboard** tools helped detect and fix issues quickly with minimal disruption.

  • NuageSync supported the implementation with deep domain expertise, handling complex customizations—especially for EHPlabs’ unique 3PL workflows. The launch event even included an all-nighter, with both Celigo and NuageSync teams hands-on, helping troubleshoot and launch smoothly.

Key Integrations:

e-Commerce - ERP (Shopify/Amazon/Walmart/TikTok - NetSuite)

We have integrated multiple e-commerce applications with NetSuite for real-time order management, cancellation/refund handling, shipping status sync & Inventory Sync.

DF#1 - Orders Sync: All the orders placed by customers on the e-commerce websites are automatically imported into NetSuite

DF#2 - Shipment/Fulfillment: Once the Orders are fulfilled, the tracking information is synced to the e-commerce application

DF#3 - Billing/Invoice: Invoices are automatically created for the fulfilled orders in NetSuite DF#4 - Refunds/Cancellations: Refunds and cancellations are synced from e-commerce applications to NetSuite

DF#5 - Inventory Sync: The available inventory is synced from NetSuite to e-commerce applications to avoid over-sell & under-sell scenarios

Payout Reconciliation:

Celigo Payout Reconciliation is an automated solution that connects different payment gateways with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as NetSuite.

We worked on both out of the box & custom Payout Reconciliation integration flows to sync the Payouts from various gateways like AfterPay, ClearPay, Klarna, Sezzle, Paypal & Shopify Payouts.

The Key benefits of Payout Reconciliation are:

  • Automate the reconciliation of payouts

  • Eliminating manual data entry

  • Reducing accounting errors

  • Accelerating the month-end close

3PL - NetSuite

We worked on integrating the NetSuite with multiple 3PL Vendors across the globe like US, UK, Australia & NewZealand to automate critical fulfillment workflows to reduce manual data entry, improve inventory accuracy, and accelerate order processing.

DF#1 - Order Sync: Pushed all the D2C orders & the approved B2B orders from NeSuite to 3PL applications

DF#2 - Shipment/Fulfillment: Once the orders are shipped by 3PL, this flow brings the shipment information back to NetSuite

DF#3 - Purchase Order/Transfer Order: All the Purchase Orders and Intercompany Transfer orders are sent to 3PL applications as Inbound Shipments. This involved complex scenarios like bringing back labels from 3PL applications, sending the same Transfer Order as both Inbound & Outbound orders to different 3PL locations.

DF#4 - Item Receipt: Once 3PL receives the items, this flow creates Item Receipt in NetSuite

DF#5 - Inventory Sync: This flow syncs the inventory from 3PL to NetSuite, which is further pushed to ecommerce applications to ensure accurate inventory across all systems

DF#6 - Item Sync: New items from NetSuite are pushed to 3PL applications.

EDI Integration

DF#1 - Order sync

DF#2 - Ship Notice/Fulfillment

Benefits: Operational Clarity & Strategic Growth

  • Unified Data Flow: Orders, inventory, sales, and financial data now flow seamlessly into NetSuite from all endpoints—Shopify, Amazon, 3PLs, etc.—creating a single source of truth.

  • Shift to Specialized Roles: With centralized visibility, team roles evolved—from generalists to inventory managers, AP accountants, etc.—bolstering efficiency.

  • Real-Time Insights, Strategic Moves: Gone are the days of data chasing. EHPlabs now analyzes metrics like inventory usage and demand at the click of a button, enabling proactive, strategic decision-making.

  • The company describes the experience as “pulling a bowstring back before the arrow launches forward”—a necessary reorganization that now positions them for confident, sustainable scaling.

Conclusion

In essence, EHPlabs leveraged a powerful ERP (NetSuite), a solid integration engine (Celigo), and customized implementation support (NuageSync) to transform a sprawling and manual operations model into a centrally managed, agile, and scalable system—all while keeping error-prone manual work and reliance on developers to a minimum.
